Every time I post selfies, I know my daughters who follow me on Instagram cringe :-). Alas, how else to demonstrate the deliciousness of healthy travel. I chomped on my pumpkin maple Kind bar, bypassing the veggie bar. Off to New Orleans.
Thanks for the suggestions to have beignets and cafe au lait. If you're not familiar- it's a donut with more powdered sugar than dough. Saved a couple for my colleagues, lest my heart stop…
