Homemade version of Chipotle bowl. Lime cilantro quinoa, grilled chicken breast, kale/spinach, black beans, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, beets, onions, green chilies, tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, Franks hot sauce and chimichurri sauce. The kids assembled their own. Thumbs up all around.
