Gluten Update- Many of us have gluten sensitivity and don't know it. Signs- bloated after eating gluten (wheat, rye, bread, pasta, cookies, cakes, crackers). I made bread with low gluten grain and woke not bloated- WooHoo! Gluten free = oats, quinoa, rice (check labels).
