Dinner – Baked Scrod Oreganata with Braised Veggies. Oven 375, bread crumbs, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, evoo, wild scrod. Mix all, sprinkle over fish, bake 20 minutes, finish under broiler 5 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon, drizzle with evoo. Bon Appetit!
